What defenses are generally raised in a Florida case based upon a fall on someone else’s premises

The number one defense that I see in most of these cases is, “You should have seen where you were going, and it’s partially or mostly your fault for having the fall in the first place.” Other than that, the next biggest defense, or the next most popular defense is usually that the store owner or the property owner wasn’t aware of the danger that caused you to fall. Those are two of the main defenses that come up.
